To use:- For plating of agar in petri dishes.
Use 15.5g Agar, add up to 7.5g of your nutrient mix. Add 600ml H2O. Heat to 60 deg. Ensure evenly dissolved.
The heat sterilises the mixture. Pour hot, 25-30 ml per plate. Cover with petri dish top/cover and allow to cool.
Makes 20-24 plates.
